Getting on a court
Turn up and play: no booking.
Turn up and play: the City of Tampa says its outdoor hard tennis courts are available first come, first served, and lists this park under that sentence. The City's list notes two contracted instructors here, with one court each.
“Our outdoor tennis hard courts are open from sunrise to sunset. They are available for play on a first-come, first-served basis.”
