Getting on a court
Turn up and play: no booking.
Turn up and play: the City of Tampa says its outdoor hard tennis courts are available first come, first served, and lists this park under that sentence. The City's list notes a contracted instructor here, with two courts.
“Our outdoor tennis hard courts are open from sunrise to sunset. They are available for play on a first-come, first-served basis.”
