Getting on a court
Book a court: open to the public.
Booked on Osaka Prefecture's booking system for sports facilities in its parks (大阪府オーパス・スポーツ施設情報システム), which is separate from the city's. Registration is at the park office, with identification. The prefecture's rules for the system set an age condition for registering and state no condition of residence. The park's operator says people who are not registered apply at the park office counter on the set form, for the lottery and for an open slot alike, and hand in the fee with an application for an open slot.
