Booked on Osaka City's booking system for sports facilities (大阪市オーパス・スポーツ施設情報システム). Registering as a user of the system is for people who live, work or study in Osaka City, from junior high school age. The city's answers to common questions about the system say a facility can also be used without registering: a person who is not registered books an open slot at the facility counter, pays in cash when booking and must bring identification.

For 1 court for 1 hour. All-weather hard courts: 500 yen on weekdays, 900 yen on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays; lighting 1,900 yen. Sand-filled artificial turf courts: 900 yen every day. The fee is 50 percent higher where a membership fee or an admission charge is collected. The page gives no date for these fees.
