Getting on a court
Book a court: open to the public.
Listed on the Seoul Metropolitan Government's public service reservation system (서울특별시 공공서비스예약) as 다락원체육공원(도봉구), and marked there as not bookable online. The service page gives the booking method as “현장/방문” (on site or by visit), who may use it as “제한없음” (no restriction) and how users are chosen as “선착순” (first come, first served). Clubs of the district's tennis association are given courts first; clubs and individuals come second and are given what is left.

Indoor courts, for 1 court for 2 hours: 25,000 won on weekdays; 32,500 won at night, at weekends and on public holidays. Outdoor courts, for 1 court for 2 hours: 8,000 won on weekdays; 10,400 won at night, at weekends and on public holidays. Lights: 3,000 won for 1 court for 1 hour. The page gives no date for these prices.
