Book a court: open to the public.
All 3 courts here are listed as reservable in the department's Tennis Court Directory. Booked on the department's reservation site: most courts open for booking at 8:00 a.m. seven days ahead, some two days ahead at noon; one court a day and three a week per person. A reserved court left empty 15 minutes after the start time is open to walk-up play.
