Public courts.
The City's parks regulations say: “Each Park and Recreation Facility is open and available for general public use unless the Department has issued a permit for an individual’s or group’s exclusive use of a facility or the facility is specifically designed for special needs individuals.” The regulations count each athletic court in a City park, recreation center or playground as such a facility. A permit holder can have exclusive use of a court for the time of its permit.
