Book a court: open to the public.

A tennis court in a city park that is not one of the city's paid park facilities. The city sets when applications to use it are accepted: from the 20th to the end of each month, not on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Apply to the park office in charge (十三公園事務所, 06-6309-0008). The city's page gives no number of courts.

“有料施設を除く公園施設は、基本的には市民のみなさまに自由にご利用いただける施設ですが、利用希望者が多い場合は、場所の取り合いなどトラブルになることが予想されるため、利用申請の受付開始日を定めております。”(Park facilities other than the paid facilities are, as a rule, open for citizens to use as they wish, but where many people want to use one, disputes over the space are to be expected, so a start date for accepting applications to use it is set.)
