Where to Play Tennis in Miami
The Miami Open moved out of Key Biscayne. It left the courts behind.
Miami has plenty of courts. It does not have one way to get on them. The County runs its parks. Each city runs its own. The tennis centres take their own bookings.
We checked 85 places to play across 42 cities and neighborhoods. 15 take bookings and say how. The rest are courts the County or a city lists without saying how you get on one. We do not guess. This guide tells you which is which.

How booking works here
Miami has no single booking system. 15 of the 85 places on our list take bookings, and the County, the cities and the tennis centres each use their own. Every venue page here links to the right one. Where a place publishes no way to book, we say so rather than guess.
When to go
The Miami Open is at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, March 14 to 28, 2027. The organiser says the dates are subject to change.

FAQ
- Can I play on the Miami Open's courts?
- Not as far as we could find. The tournament's own site says nothing about the public playing at Hard Rock Stadium. Crandon Park, where it was played until 2018, takes bookings.
- Can I just turn up at a Miami park?
- At most parks, we cannot tell you. The County and the City of Miami list their tennis courts without saying how you get on one. Where a city does say, the venue's page shows it. Otherwise, ask at the park.
- Do visitors pay more?
- Often, where a price is published. Several cities post one price for residents and a higher one for everyone else. 12 places on our list publish a price, and each is on the venue's page.
- When is the 2027 Miami Open?
- March 14 to 28, 2027, at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens. The organiser says the dates are subject to change.
- Who runs the Crandon Park Tennis Center?
- USTA Florida, for Miami-Dade County, under a one-year permit that began January 16, 2026.
How we checked
Every fact on this page comes from the County's, the city's, the venue's or the organiser's own site. Each venue page shows the source and the date we read it. We do not review courts and we have not played them for you. If something here is wrong, the source changed after we read it. Tell us.
